SMS TERMS

These SMS Terms govern the text-message program operated by FlouérWilde, an artist project operated by Chelsea Nicole Harp (“FlouérWilde,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

 

The FlouérWilde SMS program provides promotional and informational updates concerning music releases, performances, shows, appearances, and related artist news.

 

Messages may be delivered using Notify Customers or another messaging service provider.

 

1. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

 

By entering your mobile number, manually checking the SMS consent box, and submitting the signup form, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from FlouérWilde, the artist project of Chelsea Nicole Harp, at the mobile number provided.

 

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

 

1. MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES

 

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. FlouérWilde does not charge a separate fee for subscribing, but your carrier’s messaging and data charges may apply.

 

1. OPTING OUT

 

You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message.

 

After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that your opt-out request has been processed. No further promotional text messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent by completing the SMS signup process again.

 

We will also honor other reasonable requests that clearly communicate that you no longer wish to receive text messages.

1. DELIVERY AND CARRIER LIMITATIONS

 

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and messaging providers and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

The availability of text-message services may vary by carrier, device, service plan, and location.

 

1. MOBILE NUMBER CHANGES

 

If you stop using, transfer, or reassign the mobile number you used to subscribe, please opt out before discontinuing use of that number. You are responsible for providing an accurate and current mobile number.

 

1. PRIVACY

 

Information collected through the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

 

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the SMS program, maintain consent records, prevent fraud, comply with law, or process opt-out requests.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY

 

The SMS program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or who have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. The program is not directed to children under 13.
